I'm a first-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Waterloo who loves turning ideas into tangible designs. Whether it's 3D printing a new prototype or refining a CAD model late in the design lab, I'm always building something new. Here's a look at some of the projects I've brought from concept to creation.
Engineering solutions from concept to creation
Expandable mechanical armor prototype with dramatic transformation
Designed a roleplay armor system with high-impact visual expansion and compact storage.
Final FRC 2025 Competition Bot
Built a robot for fast scoring, climbing, and precise object handling. Integrated mechanical, electrical, and programming systems.
Drivetrain support component redesign with DFMA focus
Improved manufacturability and assembly efficiency using DFMA principles for drivetrain components.
3D printed prototype with custom bearing assemblies
Designed a miniature gearbox for high torque in limited space. Used planetary gears for efficient load distribution.
5-DOF design with servo-driven actuation
Created a compact robotic hand with realistic finger motion. Explored tendon-driven actuation and control.
12-servo lightweight design
Built a small, affordable robot dog. Used elastic support to assist microservo motion.
N52 Neodymium magnet array with custom turbine design
Developed a hydro generator using magnetic levitation. Incorporated a flywheel to maintain smooth rotation.
